What we collect

Your name, email, optional phone number, preferred language and your RSVPs. We don't sell or share your data with advertisers.

To run events: manage RSVPs, waitlists and capacity, and to notify you about events you joined.

We count page views per page per day only. No tracking cookies, no IP addresses, no third-party ad trackers. We honour Do Not Track.

Community photos are published only with the consent of the people in them. Ask an organizer and we'll remove any photo of you.

You can update your profile anytime from My Kanaka, and ask us to delete your account and data.

This policy is a starting draft for a nonprofit community and should be reviewed before the platform scales.
